Conference Goals
The purpose is to develop a platform addressing the Clinical science of the Heart in Diabetes. Identifying and disseminating the practical implications of state of the art clinical research about the Heart in DM. To advance the discussion between Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Diabetologists and Nephrologists- in developing and ongoing interaction in the management and prevention of heart Disease in Diabetes, Pre Diabetes and Cardiometabolic conditions.
This Clinical Education Symposium will present uptodate information, focusing on issues of Diabetes, PreDiabetes and CardioMetabolic Syndromes as they relate to the Heart. Evaluating them from the cardiology, Endocrine/Diabetes and kidney points of view.
The program will highlight state of the art new data, with emphases on related, recent clinical research, exploring their impact on medical practice.
The Goal is to bring together clinical leaders in DM & CV and interested clinicians to assess this newest information and evaluate its clinical implication- addressing the respective impact on the way cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists and Clinicians in general, should approach the management of the Heart of people with diabetes.
