Medical Students
All-access participation Includes on-demand for

* Documents required for verification. and a $100 security of attendance deposit which will be reimbursed upon appearance at the conference. Special code will be provided upon approval of submitted documents. Code to be used under General Admission ticket to the complimentary Medical Student Discount.
Submission of verification documents
To benefit from the special rate, medical students, fellows, and residents are required to submit a verification letter from their school/program along with a valid ID via email to info@tmioa.com.
Medical students are eligible for full reimbursement of their initial security of attendance deposit upon in-person appearance at the conference. Failure to attend in person forfeits the reimbursement but provides access to on-demand content on our virtual platform.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will only be issued if a written cancellation notice is received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
For tickets purchased within 30 days of the conference start date, a 48-hour grace period is granted for cancellation eligibility and a full refund.
Cancellations made beyond 30 days of purchase will incur a $75 fee.
Refund and Transfer Conditions:
NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference. However, a credit transfer option will be made available for the conference of your choice. Visit: www.heartindiabetes.com or www.wcir.org
Transfer of credits or cancellations must be formally submitted via email to info@tmioa.com or by phone at 818-342-1889.
